Scott Watson, 55 of Marina Del Ray was identified as the pilot who was killed in a plane crash near Los Angeles over the weekend. Watson was an executive with Walt Disney Research and Development for Disney's Imagineering division.
The Walt Disney Company is stunned and saddened by the loss of our long-time friend and colleague, Scott Watson" said Disney Imagineering President Bob Weiss said in a statement. Watson, had risen through the ranks of to become Senior Vice President, Chief Techology Officer of WDI's R&D Department. October would have marked his 30th years with the company.
