Knott’s Berry Farm is getting ready for summer with the return of some favorite activities, as well as some new ones from June 7th-August 11th, 2019.
In addition the the newly opened Calico River Rapids. Knott’s will also be launching Summer Nights, a new event with live music, food and games June 7-Aug. 11. The summer adventure continues long after the sun goes down, with an all-new nighttime summer party that will liven up the night. Beginning June 7 - August 11th, Knott's Summer Nights offers numerous ways to enjoy the nighttime festivities as live music, food and games take over the Knott's midway. Guests can enjoy a variety of bands that rotate at the Calico Park stage nightly, rock out to a top 40's band at the Calico Mine Stage or bop to beats of the Boardwalk DJ around Charleston Circle Fountain.
A summer night party is not complete without an abundance of food and drinks. Seasonal flavors collide as the Knott's culinary team creates tasty twists to classic summer favorites. Topping off Summer Nights will be a wide selection of specialty foods, including build-your-own s’mores stations, nacho boats, grilled peach cobbler and handcrafted ice cream flavors. The Knott's Summer Nights Tasting card provides samplings of delicious one-of-a-kind summertime items at select locations throughout the midway for only $35. Most locations and items are available from 6:00 p.m. until park closing. Must be 21 and older for alcoholic beverages.
There will be a variety of bands at the Calico Park stage, a Top 40 group at the Calico Mine stage and a deejay at Charleston Circle Fountain, plus the Knott’s Party Crew will host games and competitions throughout each evening. Ghost Town Alive! will be back select days May 24-Sept. 2. You can interact with the citizens of Calico as they go about their lives in the old west. This year there will be a new storyline to continue the tale.
Also returning to Knott’s is “Beach Blanket Beagle” at the Charles M. Schulz Theatre June 7-Aug. 11. The musical is lush with beach-based tunes from the ‘60-s and ‘70s, fun choreography and cool costumes. It stars Snoopy and ends with a memorable luau.
