*TAP TAP* Is This Thing On...?
So here we are, nearly a year after the COVID-19 Pandemic first started, and almost a year and a half after our last...well, anything.
So where have we been since our last time together...? To be honest, we've been around but without any theme parks to report on and without the ability to get together in order to record the podcast it was hard to continue working on the blog and podcast while there was a global pandemic raging outside our windows. It just didn't feel right to try and force content out there while there was so much more going on in the world that needed attention. BUT....
As the parks have been reopening and things appear to be getting back to some form of normal due to a combination of taking precautions and vaccines (yay, Science!) I felt that it was time to fire up the old blog machine (since I accidently paid to keep this site going for another year last Christmas) and much like the parks, begin the process of bringing the operation back online. While we won't be bringing the whole podcast crew back online quite yet, look for content to start reappearing on our pages more frequently and possibly show content on our podcast platforms.

Knott's Announces Reopening Date
Photo: Knott's Berry Farm Facebook Page
Not to be outdone, Knott's Berry Farm has announced its own reopening on May 16th with a Pass Holder preview on May 15th. No word yet on what will or will not be open when Knott's opens its gates to the public, but seeing as most attractions are outdoors the list should be quite extensive. Face coverings and reservations will be required.
So that's it for now. As news begins to churn out of the parks, we'll be covering it on our own page and writing more articles of our own. We know we've missed a lot in the past couple of weeks/months. The initial reopening announcement, Annual Passes getting Thanos snapped out of existence and so much more. But here's to hoping that this is the beginning of more frequent, stronger content from us.
