CONFIRMED: Disneyland Resort Executes Order 66: Jedi Training-Trials of The Temple CANCELLED

Breaking News: Earlier This Afternoon WDWNT.com reported a rumor that a CM who holds the Role of Jedi Trainer at the popular Jedi Training-Trials of The Temple show in Tomorrowland was coming to a close. While the cast member who was named in the WDWNT article, but who we won't name here didn't provide any details, we can confirm through independent sources that the show will be training its last Youngling on November 4th. According to sources the decision was made shortly after the fiscal year on October 1st.

The show which was extremely popular, as described on the DIsney Parks Blog:

Now that the Jedi have been driven to distant corners of the galaxy, eager recruits must secretly train in faraway ancient temples. Under Jedi tutelage, rookies will learn how to use the Force—and their wit—to wield mighty lightsabers against the Empire’s most feared warriors.

The show allowed guests ages 4-12 to participate in the show, and was featured in a viral YouTube Video in which a young girl chose to switch to the darkside. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d5mK7dzyUkM

Guests wishing to participate in the show before it goes to a Galaxy Far, Far away should observe the following: -You must be between 4 and 12 years of age to participate. -All participants must be present at the time of registration. -Please register at the kiosk located outside the exit to Star Wars Launch Bay.

-If you are unable to locate the registration kiosk, ask a Cast Member for help.

-Registration begins when Disneyland Park opens for the day–including Extra Magic Hour or Magic Morning.

-Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. What is not known at this time is whether the show will continue at its location at Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World. It is also not know if this is connected to the recent cuts in entertainment at the parks, or if it is part of a larger preparation for the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge and the rumored redo of Tomorrowland.
